Fusion involves the use of all the equipment, from barbells to bike ergs and everything in between. SWEAT

The clue is on the name. This session is designed to improve your endurance, health and ability to recover faster. Expect to use all the cardio kit in the gym as well as weighted and bodyweight movements.

Working through different heart rate zones, this class is great for all levels of ability. Feel the endorphin rush and build a great level of fitness.

YOGA

In the yoga sessions Clare Snailham will take you through all the classic poses as well as some more advanced flows in the more challenging sessions. Great to build core strength, protect yourself or rehabilitate injuries and improve your flexibility.
